Barclays S&T or Citi Quant

I am conflicting between Barclays S&T and Citi Quant at the moment. I am interested in derivative trading.

From my understanding, both position are rotational program, however, I am not entirely sure if one can rotate to a trading position for Citi Quant. I would like to learn more about the culture, work-life balance, and exit opps (quant trader/researcher).

Any advice will be extremely helpful!
