BB Credit Trading Offer vs BLK FI Investments group

Hi all,

I just want to say first and foremost that I used the search bar. I couldn't find specific data on BLK Investments. Is it the same as PMG? On top of that, would it better to start off at a BB as a credit trader or for BLK Investments?

Thanks!

With respect to BLK, it is pretty clear when you are interviewing for one of the 'real' PMG teams- Trading, research and PM. These are very coveted roles and if you land on one of these teams, I would personally take it over a a BB trading role.

But since it sounds like youre unsure of the job or group itself, you are probably looking at one of the other FI roles- Distribution, Client PM, Analytics, etc.. If this is the case, I would take the BB role.

Honestly, I would try to determine the actual function of the group (and not just the title) before deciding which is best.

"Sounds to me like you guys a couple of bookies."
