BB vs Prop Shop (power/gas)

Hi everyone,Quick question: currently prop trading power/gas (curve) at a small utility and currently have offers from Goldman/MS and a danish prop trading company for a energy trader role (power, carbon, gas).Comp is similar, but more interested in which one will teach me the most and allow me to move to a HF at a later date. All input appreciated,Thank you!

If you are interested in going to a HF down the road, a bank is probably the best bet. I would ask why you would want to go to a HF as opposed to a prop. Both are pretty similar in structure, forward comp expectations, and responsibilities. Might be worth considering prop if the end goal is to have pnl linkage and scalability. That is likely going to come much earlier at a prop firm.
