Best Fixed Income Desk
I'm a Math and CS undegrad slightly more interested in FI than Equity derivs + I think it's generally more electronic trading proof. But out of the desks in FI, what would be the best for someone more quantitative like myself + what usually has highest comp. I interned on a swaps desk last summer, so would IR Options and Swaps be the best? what would be the best for a potential Exit to a market maker like CitSec or buy side? What products are starting to go electronic?

if you're cracked rates / rates vol big bruh. Doesn't get more fast paced and quantitative. I'm also partial to structured products... more high touch though wider bid-ask...runs the gamut from macro and quantitative (agency and non-agency RMBS) to more fundamental credit (CMBS / ABS)
Rates/FX Algo or Rates Vol
why algo? do people exit to HF from it?
