Does anyone know what the salary and bonus looks like for Defined Contribution Sales Associate positions at BlackRock?
Recruiter just reached out to me about it, but I don’t want to be asking about a salary before securing an interview.

What city? Should be between $90-150k all in depending on experience. Are you a wholesaler now?
I’d rather not say which city because I don’t want to put too much out there, but let’s just say it’s in the Northeast US.
I am not no. I was offered a wholesaler position with them years ago, but I turned them down. Now I’m not really too happy with my current employment status so I may take them up on the role. Technically they call this a Defined Contribution Sales Associate role, but I think it’s just a fancy way of saying Internal Wholesaler.
Yeah im pretty sure it’s an internal role selling to retirement advisors, unless it’s hybrid. Idk what they’d start you at but I wouldn’t be surprised if some at blackrock are between $150-200k after a few years.
