Blackrock Fixed Income Trading Intern

Hey all I have a phone interview coming up with this team. Not really sure what to expect so I am hoping someone can elaborate a bit more on what this role will be like and what things I should focus on and be prepared for.

"The Fixed Income Trading team executes all trades for all our portfolio management teams across rates, credit, securitized assets, and all other fixed income produces. Given the wide variety of funds within BlackRock, the team is responsible for responding to a diverse set of PM styles resulting in a wide variety of execution methodologies. The goal of the Fixed Income Trading Summer Intern will be to support traders in daily activities and learn the various products and the fundamentals of trading.
Responsibilities of a Fixed Income Trading Summer Intern:
Assist traders in day to day trade execution responsibilities
Help with the design of pre & post trade execution performance metrics and analytics
Help with creation of business presentations
Participate on strategic products for both traders and portfolio managers
Work closely with all strategic partners, internal and external for projects involved with trading"
