BNP NYC - remote work policy?

I'm interviewing for a role at BNP that would fall under the Credit umbrella. My current bank took away our WFH Friday for no reason and I'm still bitter about it, so would love to go somewhere else where I can have it back. Was debating whether to do cap markets with one of my investor clients but then this opportunity popped up. Anyone know if BNP does WFH Fri?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, there isn't specific information about BNP Paribas' remote work policy in NYC or whether they offer WFH Fridays. However, discussions on WSO suggest that many banks, including BNP, have been moving towards hybrid models post-COVID, with some flexibility for remote work. That said, no evidence points to BNP offering a guaranteed WFH Friday policy.

If remote work flexibility is a priority, it might be worth directly asking about their current policy during your interview process.
