BofA's perception in S&T

Could someone shed some light on BofA's perception in S&T, especially in APAC. Which desks perform well in general? Is there geographical mobility? Which desks should an incoming SA prioritise during rotation?

It would be great to get some idea regarding pay, bonuses, and other perks for an incoming S&T analyst as well.

Will only say that you should choose the desk that interests you the most. Top performers have plenty of opportunities, as you can imagine. Also, as you probably know, S&T is very cyclical.

With that said, BofA is really strong in FICC. I know its one of the best in mortgages and a couple of more things. So if anything, prioritize FCC (if that's what YOU like). Mobility is good as long as you have good reviews. Even easier if you're diversity as they don't want to see you go.
