Bonus and base targets for S&T in USA enterprise roles

Hi, this is a very broad question, and the WSO database has some excellent information for this topic along with Glassdoor.  However, I thought I’d post this question here for you all here to gather your input.

For a given title (e.g AVP, VP, Director) - across the enterprise support functions (Finance, Risk, Technology, Back Office Operations, Middle Office Operations) what are expected base and bonus targets?

I understand this is a very broad question - but many are unable to break into front office S&T or IB and who work supporting CIB banking, these are the jobs that they have to pursue for their livelihood and/or to break into the front office.

I’ll start out with Middle Office Operations.  A single contributor VP may have a bonus target of 20% with a base around $130k-140k.  A middle office director with a fair number of direct reports (10+) could have a bonus target from 40%-60%.

Risk management is a little tougher to gauge, along with Finance and Technology.  Some banks pay great bonuses - while other lousy bonuses.  I want to broach a conversation with this thread to talk broadly about enterprise support functions for at least CIB and expected compensation targets.
