Bonuses at top prop shops

I'm considering making the switch from AM to a top propriety trading firm, while I know the base pay at most of these shops, does anyone have any word on the bonus #'s at a palce like SIG/DRW/FNYS? Also, i'm iffy on trillium cause there low base and living in nyc is expensive, but do they offer a competitive bonus?

Thanks

Trillium offers a base salary of $500 per week in NYC. This salary is for one year, or until you make $100K. After that the salary is gone and it is purely P&L based.

Your bonus at Trillium is completely dependent on your performance (ie nothing is guaranteed. Therefore I would avoid Trillium if at all possible considering you can get a proper $50-80K base salary at the better prop. shops such as SIG/DRW/FNYS in addition to better training and huge bonuses also dependent on your P&L.

Yes you would receive a descretionary bonus at SIG DRW FNYS while in the training programs and not trading your own book.

Does anyone know the typical size of this discretionary bonus at places like SIG and DRW?
