BP Graduate TDP - 24/25 USA

Wanted to start a thread for this program to keep updates. Know the internship programs have released HVs over the days but TDP HVs for graduates came out around the Sep. 28 last year, so assuming they will come out soon. This is strictly for trading and not M&O or Analytics

Based on the most helpful WSO content, here's what you need to know about the BP Trading Development Program (TDP) for graduates in the USA:

  • Program Focus: The BP TDP is strictly for trading, not for Marketing & Operations (M&O) or Analytics.
  • Application Timeline: Historically, HireVue (HV) interview invitations for the TDP have been released around September 28th. Given today's date is September 25th, 2024, it's reasonable to expect HV invitations to be sent out soon.
  • Internship Programs: Internship programs have already started releasing HVs over the past few days.

Feel free to use this thread to keep each other updated on any new developments or timelines related to the BP TDP.

wanted to bump this… I got my HV this week and finished it a day after getting the invite. I applied around 5-6 days before getting the HV… how long to hear back after taking the HV?

Saw it was for analytics within T&S though. Unless the trading track people who got their HV in September also got it

Also interested in hearing back. It’s been radio silence since that HV for trading

Any news on anybody else getting the tech round from the second HV batch?

Heard final rounds haven't been released yet from a buddy due to a backlog of unreviewed apps but not sure if true
