I wonder if they're waiting after the election. Seems like everything is at a standstill.
Final rounds aren’t out yet so may be true but then again not sure if everybody else has just been ghosted.

For the London office, they just sent out an email saying they are still processing the applications.

London is probably on a completely different timeline than US.
