BP/Trafi/Vitol GDP Program - Best Junior Year Internship?

I've been lurking through all the old threads on here about the GDP programs at BP/Trafi/Vitol and want to hear some perspective on what junior year internship would be best suited to receiving an offer at one of these GDP programs.

Currently, a rising junior and thinking about pursuing a finance/risk internship at BP or Cheniere. Otherwise, I would pursue a trading assistant-type role at some smaller energy companies in Houston.

TLDR: What internship junior year would best position me to receive an offer from a BP/Trafi/Vitol GDP program?
