Debating opportunities on the sell-side vs buy-side...what is the typical % for bonus payout on the buyside, say for associate/vp levels? Obviously, I'm aware there's a huge range here but what are reasonable expectations for top tier hedge funds like Citadel, Two sigma, Deshaw, etc...
