I have had some success in networking within Canaccord in NY and they seem interested in recruiting me as well for my May 2026 graduation date from my masters. Online research can only go so far so wanted to hear anyone experiences within the firm, the culture, the comp for an equities sales analyst (or just general S&T comp for the firm), and more.
