Canadian Prop Shops / Phys Commods Trading?
Just wondering what sort of firms are out there for the prop trading / commodity trading space in Canada. Have been hearing that S&T has a lot more office politics especially as you move from associate to VP and I feel like I would rather just trade than deal with that.
How hard would it be to move from a Big 5 S&T FT role to a prop shop role? What are the differences in WLB and comp?
