Canadian Semi-target looking for energy trading opportunities
Hey all,
I’m really interested in power trading and I’m not sure what the best way would be to break into the Canadian markets To preface, I’m relatively uninformed to the way it would work in Canada so I’m open to hearing any and all guidance. I’m thinking of targeting small shops for the experience/knowledge though I’m not sure how I could be valuable as an intern. Also open to ops and scheduling type roles to further learn the ropes of it. Background: I’m a junior at a semi-target getting my bcomm with one unrelated internship and one where I conducted measurement and verifications, forecasts etc. Looking for summer 25 internships TIA!
