Career progression in commodity trading risk

Hi all,

I currently have an offer in a supermajor's risk development program. The program allows you to rotate across functions like credit risk and market risk, which help support the different physical trading activities across the company. I was wondering, does anyone know what career progression looks like from one of these programs? I know that people in the program are able to apply to an executive trader development program (which has a much lower acceptance rate from the regular TDP), but I was wondering what other career options come out of these risk development programs.
