Cargill Trader Trainee Program

Does anyone have any insights as to the interview process for this program? What are the technical expectations for the interviews? I am not really that familiar with ags but am familiar with the high level basics of physical trading (mainly as it pertains to oil). Would it be possible to pivot to energy (crude oil / refined products) if one starts here (perhaps to a major TDP)? Any insight would be great!

Not very technical for the interviews, you will be off to a good start with the basics of physical trading, brush up on agricultural market info and generic interview answers: "tell me about a time when you did x" a lot of the questions asked in the university recruiting are set by HR. I wouldn't go through the process unless you want to do ag trading, there is not  a pipeline from cargill trainees to the majors, if that is your goal, there are better ways to get there
