chances of offer?
Had superday for BB summer S&T almost 6 weeks ago and have been on the wait-list ever since. Reached out to HR today, but they said they still had some outstanding offers that they were waiting on. So my question is...how many people are usually on this wait-list? and what are the chances someone actually gets an offer off one? Also, depending on your ranking, do you think they've already offered people that were wait-listed or will they wait until all their preferred candidates have either accepted or rejected?

Given that it has been 6 weeks and that it's already the middle of March, I don't think your chances are too high at this point. However, no news is good news. So keep hoping, but more importantly, keep searching if you haven't locked anything in yet for the summer.
