Cheiron Trading
Hey all,
First time posting in the Trader's section. I just got a phone interview with Cheiron Trading. I've never gone through a trading interview (only banking) so I was wondering if anyone could help me out in what to expect, whether it is specific to this firm or trading in general.
Also, can someone give me a quick breakdown of interest rate futures and how those are traded?

A buddy of mine went through the process recently. He liked the people, but said that they are struggling to get the technology up to speed. They are migrating to Linux and ramping up sometime next year.
Do you have any prior trading experience or are you straight out of college? I think their junior trader role pays a base of $36K/year.
No futures trading experience, only equity research.
Had my phone interview with them. Apparently they're not just interest rate options arbitrage, they trade pretty much the entire futures market.
