HONG KONG (MarketWatch) -- China's cabinet has agreed to let investors sell borrowed stock as well as allow them to buy shares on credit to help develop the country's securities markets, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing an official familiar with the plan. The State Council has signed a proposal by the China Securities Regulatory Commission to allow short-selling and margin lending, the report said
