Although there is currently a freeze in US IPOs by Chinese companies, there is apparently a new round lying in wait. There are at least 10 Chinese Internet companies who have made confidential filings with the SECThere are over 200 global companies and 30 plus Chinese companies in the pipeline. The pipeline is as strong as it has ever been. There are good businesses out there doing very well, growing their business through innovation. China certainly has a healthy share of these types of companies.”
Looking at the list its a mix of mobile, data service, social networks, online news, etc. I know most of you want to scream "CHINA IS IN A BUBBLE" - but let's have an intelligent debate - what type of Chinese Co. / business model could have a fiery IPO AND be a strong company now and into the future? Because we know there will be at least a few that dont just crash and burn once the freeze is lifted.

Just look at recent successful IPO's/innovative business models and about a year later a Chinese alternative will pop up. They are notorious for making it extremely hard for non-chinese companies to operate in China so once an idea is proven you'll see a Chinese copy cat that can flourish due to a now proven business model and a huge in built customer base.
