choosing a firm

Sophomore from a non-target school - given an internship offer from both GS Securities Division, JP Morgan Sales and Trading Division. Both offers are rotational. (Also have an interview with BofA ML Global Banking & Markets)

Looking primarily to work on the sales-side, currently not that experienced in terms of technical skills (coming from a non-finance background) and looking to grow my abilities, identify as LGBT so company culture is important. First gen college student, so its a difficult decision.

Any thoughts? When talking to professionals at the firm, what questions should I be asking? Any advice. Thank you everyone!
