I am interesting in applying to a structuring role at my firm, move across from M&A. The role is a CLO structuring position, and helping out the CLO Primary team.
I'm not very familiar with this area, M&A is well documented but there not much information on structuring here.
Can someone provide some insight please? What is the typical day like? How are the hours? Job security? Comp vs M&A?
