I'm currently a senior and I am very interested in pursuing a career in trading, but I do not have a job lined up yet for after I graduate. Are there any educational programs like the Investment Banking Institute that focuses on trading? And if there are programs like that, would it increase my chances or getting a job as a trader? ...do u trade now? When i was in college i traded stocks and then when i got my first job out of school (back-office) i traded asian stock indices at night. Open an interactive brokers account and start trading 1 lots of futures to get some experience. Concurrently, get a job doing something trading related, even if its mopping the floors.
