I'd say maybe a second tier player in terms of global earnings (e.g. they're not a $1B commodities business like JPM, GS, or DB) but definitely on the up-and-up. North America business is the legacy EKT (Entergy Koch) business in Houston, so alot of great sales and origination people as well as trading talent.
Also meant to have a great culture in the commodities group.

Not sure how it translates to the London office, but The Global head of commods is in London so I assume culturally similar? Not sure what products are doing well in Europe.
Briefly worked with the guy currently running BAML's crude options book. Good guy. Smart. Haha have been hearing some stories over the years about how he used to rip apart people in BO when they fucked up. If you're looking at an interview or offer there, I would definitely take it if I were you.
