Commodity Sales at BB - Culture, Hours, Career Prospects/Growth?

Hello all. I am curious about Commodity Sales roles at a BBs. Can anybody clarify to me the following aspects of the job?

1) How are the hours for analysts, associates and VPs at these desks?

2) What type of culture do you normally see at these desks?

3) How is the day to day work? How much of the role consists of actual documentation/support job versus front office (calling, trying to find opportunities to sell to customers, travelling to sell/pitch ideas, etc)?

4) How can I assess the career growth/opportunities at this unit?

5) How is the pay for these roles?

For some reason there is a lot of info on trading desks and IB, but not much on commodity sales desks at BBs and their specifics.

Thank you all!
