Can anybody provide some insight on the following aspects of a Commodity Sales/Origination desk of a BB:
1) Work hours
2) Career growth/opportunities
3) How the character of the job is in terms of activity (intense/fast paced or more of a longer grind/hours type of desk)
4) Comp at the higher levels (VP/MD)
