Comp Structure for S&T gigs?
Can anyone clarify how comp changes over time as a formula from someone right out of undergrad to someone higher up and with more expereince. Are you self ranked, or by group, both? Can you (personally) have a good/great year if your group had a bad year, or the firm had a bad year?
