Competing Offers: Structured Products Sales or CLO Structuring?!?!

Ok fellow Monkeys, need your help here! By a series of random events, tireless networking and sheer grit I've landed competing offers: Structured/Securitized Products Sales and CLO Structuring. Both are analyst roles at the same BB foreign bank. Please provide insights to weigh and compare; Compensation(initially and over time), exit ops, work/life balance and hours.

What would you do(or have you done)??

Thank you all in advance for your help!

CLOs are having a nice revival right now from what I hear. Possibly better for someone in that industry comment on. What do you mean by structured/securitized products? That could mean equity structured notes or MBS, v different. I would make the decision based on the team and the product. You must have some idea whether you like sales vs structuring better?
