Confused about trader comp
I always read people on this site talking about traders making 500k in their 20s and millions later on.
Why is it that when I Google trader salaries at banks, most say 100k?
Am I missing something here?
Bonus is where most of the money comes from so salary doesn't matter..
Also if you are a guy making millions are you going to post that on the internet? c'mon man..
What dictates bonuses for traders? How is there such a variance?
