you'll be placed in either flow credit, financing (leveraged loans/special sits), distressed, FIC(fx&rates) - for either sales or trading.
culture is fucking fantastic but also highly group-dependent. But in general ppl are very approachable and generous in helping interns. A lot of folks have come thru the grad/intern program themselves so are more than happy to give interns their time of the day. awesome shop overall from my (albeit-biased) experience.
