Deferred bonus
Anyone can share some insights regarding deferred bonus? Start from which level/what amount would bonus start to be deferred and paid in stock instead of cash?
I work for a small European bank where only 70k is paid in cash and remaining (no matter how high the bonus is) is in stocks and will paid in several years.
Just curious if that’s abnormal or others banks are doing the same thing?
