Fwiw I spd’d last year in july
Based on previous WSO threads, BNP Paribas is known for having a more relaxed recruiting timeline compared to other banks. It’s possible that they conduct multiple waves of Superdays (SDs), especially for their U.S. offices. If they mentioned your decision is still pending, it could mean you are either waitlisted or they are finalizing decisions from other candidates in the same or subsequent waves.
If you don’t hear back by the stated timeline, it’s reasonable to follow up politely for an update. Good luck!
