Desk Shadowing Interview?

I have an upcoming final interview with options MM, and one of the interviews is called desk shadowing. It's not an in person interview so really don't have a clue how this would go on. If it was on site it would have been really natural that I watch the trader do his job, understand the strategies, ask some questions, etc. but not sure how this would go on.

For ones who have online interview experience with this, could you please share how it went? And maybe it would be really helpful if you could give some tips about asking questions.

I have SA experience at BB, shadowed the traders, but most of the talks just involved some options questions such as relationship with different greeks when ATM/OTM/ITM,...etc these kinds of questions, while not having any chances to ask some good questions.

Would appreciate the talks. Thanks in advance:)
