Developing an ETF Formal report and pitch

Hey everyone!

I currently am developing an ETF on my campus for the state of Michigan. It holds the ten best companies after our analysis. I have also done all of the data back ten years and simulated it. I am at the point of developing a pitch and report for it I was wondering if anyone had any templates or are able to give me any pointers on developing one.
