Didn't get return offer after BB internship- options

Hi,

I didn't get a return offer after interning w a BB as a quant due to soft skills that weren't communicated to me until the final meeting (I was sending emails too late, wasn't on BBG on time, small spelling mistake in a slide). I fucked up and I definitely hate myself for ruining a good opp. I don't think I'll get great references but I don't know how to go from here. I do want to get an MBA and go into consulting but with a STEM degree (from a quant target) I don't know if it's the best decision jobs prospects wise. Any advice on how move forward? I personally don't see myself in a quant role, but am open to something with that skill set required?
