Do prop shops short change trading assistants?
I was just wondering if anyone had any insight with regard to graduates starting of as trading assistants at a prop shop, compared with those who start at BB's and transfer in once they have a reputation with respect to negotiating pay package.
I mean from what I have read in the forums it seems like once you go the prop direction your pretty much penned in, i.e. have to accept the wage you are offered.
