Do you see the Markets and S&T divisions at other top banks getting a pay bump as well?

A few firms have raised base pay in these areas but I was wondering if you see the rest of the banks following. Bank of America, Goldman, and JP Morgan have increased base pay so I am hoping that other top banks do as well. What are your thoughts?
