I'm not an energy trader but a starter in grain trading. Guys around here mostly trade grains and other soft products and I don't know an ethanol specialist in my neighborhood. I know the basics about ethanol and gasoline markets but these days I'm feeling it's indispensible to know ethanol markets inside out to trade corn (and by association all ag related stuff)
Can someone recommend me good places to start from, or does anyone have any views in ethanol production numbers in the next few months?
People trade biofuels and RINS. It's a very volatile market with many facets that cause risk to be mispriced. I don't know where you can begin to learn about the market, but try reading a few primers.
