Emailing Recruiters???
Is it ok to email recruiters after I've applied? Or is this something that you shouldn't do? I've reached out to alumni that I've spoken to/had relationships with but I know that ultimately the recruiters make the decision as to who gets interviewed so I wasn't sure if I should be reaching out to them. Current undergraduate student if that makes any difference.

From my own experience, as someone who got an Off-Cycle and Summer offers from two different BBs, I was told not to email recruiters as it is a waste of time (unless you know the recruiter). Always network with people from the desks and if they find you good enough, they will personally ask the recruiters for the interview. Recruiters receive a very high amount of emails from many candidates, what makes the difference is if they get an email from ED/MD level people…
