Hi, I got an offer to work at the Tokyo office of a bulge bracket investment bank in equity s&t, but I really want to work in New York, London or Paris one day. Is it at all possible to change offices, and if so, what should I do?

I woulda thought that doing the opposite way i.e. working in the UK/US (without Japanese knowledge) is much harder to transfer to Japan internally
