ETF Sales in Prop Trading Firm (JST, Flow, SIG, DRW...)

Does anyone know anything about the ETF sales (Non-quant) role at a prop trading firm (eg: JST, Flow, SIG, DRW...)?

Thought prop trading firm is mostly technological traidng driven, wanna know how it is like to be a sales/non-quant role in such firms.

Anything insights that can be helpful - comp, working hours, culture, career trajectory etc.?

Wdym by technology trading? Some of the firms you listed rely on physical traders that are actively making markets rather than being code monkeys working on HFT execution algos. It is by nature mathematical and somewhat programming oriented depending on desk and shop I suppose. Interested in what sales do too. I assuming this is institutional sales?
