I think econ is the most important and useful major in colleges today.(also the hardest :) )

Are you kidding me? I learned more about the world economy from one on BB than I have in three years learning aggregate supply/ marginal utility/ expenditure vs. real GDP. Econ is interesting, but most of the concepts aren't directly applicable to any job in the markets
