Exit opps for S&T (More focusing on sales)

Hi all. I'm planning on applying for S&T in my penultimate year. I really like the fast paced environment and it makes me feel alive having joined an insight programme before. However, I am concerned that after a few years, if I do find out that S&T isn't what I would like to keep on pursuing, what would be my available exit opportunities as a sales in S&T? Would it be possible to make the jump to AM firms like Blackrock or Fidelity? Or maybe even get an MBA and move into consulting or executive levels in large corporations or even consulting? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!!
