faster, better daily market updates using Excel VBA (code included)

I wanted to share a tool I use to stay up to date with the markets with all the other monkeys out there looking for a job especially in S&T. I use a pretty cool excel sheet to get my daily market updates without having to surf through the web/click back and forth between different websites. Its such a hassle and I cannot analyze the data the way I want but with this sheet its easy. I made one to grab historical data and create graphs. I'm also trying to make one to grab options chains. If anyone knows how to do that feel free to pm me I would appreciate any insight.

Edit: WSO is not supporting my .xml file so I have made a .xls version. To make it work open the VB editor in the excel sheet, create a new module, and paste the code from the word doc.

Edit: yes I did base my code in the first "daily updates" sheet off a sheet i found online I am not trying to rip it off I also make my own as i have evidence with the historical data grab.

vbamonkey you might want to not pawn off public sheets as yours by changing the formatting to get a job

You are right i should not list my name in anything posted on WSO anyways I appreciate your point. Was not trying to rip off other work was just trying to share. not gonna lie also trying to grab someones attention but clearly that was a mistake
