Will Fed cut interest rate to zero next week?Many people in my fund said 75 pts Fed cut still won’t be able to calm investors. Fed needs to cut interest rate to zero. If Fed didn’t like enough interest rate, disappointed investors like ECB, will there be another stock sell off?
