FICC institutional sales or trading cost analyst
Hi Guys,
I have two years experience in sell side and two years in buyside as investment analyst. Now I got two offer one is sell side FICC institutional sales cover asia institutional clients, which is tier 2-3 banks in sell side; another is doing trading cost analytics in buyside cover global markets trading activities in asset management firm, which is tier one AM in the industry. How should I choose? assume the compensation don't have too much difference. Which got more upside in the long term?
