Fidelity ER vs Morgan Stanley/GS Global Markets

This is for junior summer, any advice/insight from those in the industry is appreciated.

Long term — while I am very interested in public markets investing, I find the early stage investing space similarly intriguing and may potentially recruit for these roles full time (in the case that I find public markets are not for me over the summer). I turned down a couple growth equity internships at smaller shops (slightly regret doing so), as I thought these opportunities would offer a larger network while starting in the industry, hence the dilemma.

Thanks a ton for any insight.
